How can I get to the airport and reach my destination after landing?

We strive to assist you with transportation to and from the airport. However, this depends on the visa requirements of your destination country. We can help you arrange a reliable transport service, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free journey from your home to the airport and from the airport to your final destination.

How do I obtain a visa?

Visa requirements depend on the purpose of your travel and your destination. If a special visa is required, we can connect you with a trusted visa agency to facilitate the process.

What are our core values?

Safety First

Your security and well-being are our top priorities. We understand that flying can be challenging, especially for individuals with medical conditions. Factors like stress, mobility issues, and changes in cabin pressure can pose health risks such as thrombosis or pneumonia. That’s why we take every precaution to ensure a safe flight.
If you have a medical condition affecting your breathing or have recently undergone surgery, a Medical Information Form (MEDIF) may be required. Our trained professionals can perform minor medical interventions on board to minimize health risks.
However, for patients in critical condition, such as ICU patients or individuals who have experienced a stroke or heart attack, or if a doctor is required for your journey, we recommend traveling with a specialized medical rescue team or air ambulance service.

Comfort & Personalized Care

We want your flight to be as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. You can select your preferred cabin class, and if needed, we will arrange for a wheelchair or other assistance to ensure your comfort throughout the journey.
